ProPath Uganda was founded in 2014 by Sarah Nakimuli, a certified ICF coach who saw a clear gap in Uganda's professional development landscape. After years working in corporate HR across East Africa, Sarah noticed that talented professionals were being held back — not by lack of ambition, but by a lack of the right guidance, tools, and support structures.
What started as one-on-one sessions in a small shared office on Nakasero Hill has grown into Uganda's most trusted coaching and consulting firm, with a team of eight certified coaches serving individuals, SMEs, and multinational organisations across the country.
